GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

DISQUALIFICATION: Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, interfere with these Official Rules, deliberately damage any website or undermine the administration, security, or legitimate operation of the Giveaway, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

REFUNDS/RETURNS: Any refunds or returns of products purchased before the draw date will void the corresponding Giveaway entry.

RELEASE: By receipt of any prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising/promotion agencies, as well as each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
